| Microsoft and Yahoo have been flirting with each other for quite a long time. Previously, the flirtation has never made the breakthrough. On Tueday,there is a big step in the courtship. Yahoo submits a docoment on the meger details to the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. In the first 3 years, Microsoft will pay Yahoo annually $50 millions for taking over Yahoo’s search market share. Besides, Microsoft will employ at least 400 Yahoo employees. Google has been very successful in its internet search market. Its competitors are envious. The merger between Microsoft and Yahoo is aiming to compete with the Google in search market.
