He named himselft Guiness Rishi, attempting to enter the Guiness Book of World Records. He is trying to become a walking global flag-pole! He has already has six countries’ flags tattooed on his face including the national flags of Canada, Union Jack, India, USA, Cyprus and the Indian Congress Party. He has planned to have the tattoos of 220 countries’ national flag within 3 years.
