Shenzhen to Wudangshan (Mt. Wudang, Wudang Mountain)

Hi, I'm going to Wudang Mountain in October, 2009 from Shenzhen. I'm thinking about either flying or taking a train one or both ways. Any advice/suggestions on busses and/or trains in the area from Wuhan or Shiyan? How long is the bus from Wuhan or Shiyan to Wudangshan town. Also, where is the best place to stay in the Wudangshan area? What should I definitely see when there? Thanks!!

There're a number of hotel options on the mountain. Where the internal shuttle buses stop, there's a whole street of them. I later also found another option further up the mountain, nearer the peak.
