I am very grateful to the Government and people of your graat country for taking so much care for the preservation of this ancient monument. It was rumored by enemiies of China that the Government had destroyed this temple - what an outrageous lie! I am a devout Buddhist and am now studying the philosophy of Confucius and Lao Tze. Long Live the People and Government of China! May your great nation once again lead the World in Prosperity, Culture and Scholarship, as it did for more than 2500 years.
