I had this vegetable while in Shenzhen, I couldnt get anyone to tell me what it is in English.
I called it baby bamboo only because it has the looks and texture.
What is it ?

Whatever it is, looks good. Was it spicy? The red thing looks same as Guilin chilli sauce we use quite much.

You ate chicken feet? Liked it? My Lao Po often cooks them and enjoys them as picnic food or when watching sports from tv.

It was chilli Carlos and yes it was damn hot.

I have tried chicken feet, dont like them boiled but once someone fried them with salt and chilli and it was really nice, I think crunchy is better.
My lady likes them as well as ducks tongues.
