 I am flying into Shanghi and have the option of flying into either airport. Which airport is closest & easiest to get to city center?

Hongqiao is closer, but there're fewer public transport lines there, and the traffic from there to downtown is usually much worse than coming out of Pudong.
What time will your flights arrive, and where exactly would you be going in Shanghai?

Is that a typo? Are you referring to Bund Hotel? How many of you are there and how much luggage do you have? What time will your flight be?
"Easiest" is usually taxi or an airport transfer, but that would also be the most expensive.

There's no direct transport from Pudong airport to your hotel (the correct spelling is "Bund Hotel", no "t" there). If you're not needing to penny-pinch, getting a taxi or airport transfer would be good.
