By the term "key water polluting factories", it means the enterprises use a large amount of water and belong to chemical, medicine, electric, beverage, brewage and food manufacturing, according to the authorities. The Tsingtao Brewery in Beijing, and the top juice maker Huiyuan and several major Chinese dairy producers, were also listed among the major polluters.
