Hello everyone. I am an American recently hired to teach in Suzhou. I have an 11 year old daughter. Before I came everyone assured me that "school for my daughter would be no problem." Well, you guessed it. I am here and school for her is "a big problem."
1) too far ( I am 3 hours away from Shanghai) and 2) too expensive (19,500 for one term). Any suggestions, please? My hosts are very nice. I do not want to upset them. But this is important to me.

Thank you
