Hi All,

Im organising a tour to Xiamen. Can any local xiamen friends tell me what does the local pple there like to eat? Any interesting food to recommend?
I have heard of this place able to host up to hundreds of paxs and they serve really fantastic soup. Have you all heard of this place before?

Please help. I have not been to Xiamen thus i absolutely clueless about the local food in Xiamen.
