Reverse Charges Access Number

Hi
I need to make a claim on travel insurance and MUST call the Australian office. No worries - they have a number you can call reverse charges! My problem - nobody seems to know the access number to request a reverse charges connection. Please help. I'm in Deyang at present, but that wasn't on the destination list.
