Chinese remedy: hornet tea

Has anyone heard of the Chinese remedy, hornet tea. It is used to restore someone's speaking voice when they lose their voice.

The place I read about it wrote the name of this remedy as: Pei Pa Koa. They did not recommend a place to get it.

Does anyone know of this?

Hi, Griz,
this comes a little late, perhaps you already have found what you were looking for. Anyway, my wife said tea called Pang Da Hai is used if speaking or singing voice is lost. She actually brought it when she came back from Cina in July, but because I don´t have chinese letters in this computer, must give only that pinyin name.
