| Kaifu Lee, the founding president of Google China, has resigned from Google. Kaifu Lee joined Google in 2005 and has boosted Google’s search market. According to a Chinese portal Netease, Kai-Fu Lee will set up a new venture fund to help young Chinese entrepreneurs. Personally, I admire Kaifu Lee very much. He is very charismatic, charming, gentle, elegant, scholarly and knowledgable. He had an illustrious career at top US IT industries. Kaifu Lee is very easy-going and caring. | Google hired Kaifu Lee from Microsoft in 2005 and was sued for poaching him away. Bill Gates testified on the court that "Kaifu Lee" was one of "the company's top two" in China. Google sparked no effort in poaching him. Why not try to renew the contract with Kaifu? Google's chief executive should give much more offer to Kaifu Lee. |
