Sorry, I'm afraid I don't agree with your requirements. If you want someone with the expertise and the means to help you out, please be reasonable enough to pay reasonable prices for what you require. No one is going to be happy working for peanuts. Either don't be so cheapskate, or do more of your own homework if you want to save on money. Trying to save on both money and effort might sound wonderful to you, but it doesn't sound so to me.
