Where to stay/ what to do in Shanghai

We are in our early 60s and in good health. What do you suggest that we see and do in the limited time that we have? Is there a night market? How about "must see" sights? As far as hotel - we like "nice" but not extravagant. What is the best location for us to stay in, and can you recommend specific hotels.

BECKYLEE Points: Join Date: Sep 13, 2009 Status: Offline	GREEN HOTEL INN OR MOTEL168 THESE KIND OF INN chain WILL BE THE GREAT OPTIONS ！(about RMB 200 yuan/night，but no breakfast) And most of them are located beyond the metro station ,it is quite convenience.
