Look, "best" is subjective. We know nothing about you, how are we going to judge what would be "best"?
What are your sightseeing interests and preferences?
When are you coming?
How many of you are there? Do you have any daily budget to keep to?
Is this your 1st visit to China? Do you have any knowledge of the Chinese language?
