guest12811 Is it possible to buy some kind of card, so you can make international cellphone calls at a lower price than e.g. China Mobile?

GUEST11731 If you get a simm card in the city that you are situated, the international calls are charged as local, you need to add this no before the no u r calling though 12550

I think if you want a lower price, you could try Skype online...
