Looking for rental car with reliable driver

Hi! Does anyone know of how/where I can rent a car with a reliable driver who can bring me to Eng Chun from Xiamen? If you know, please let me know how much this cost.

I believe Eng Chun is referring to Yongchun county of Quanzhou city. Yongchun pronounced using the local min'nan dialect is Eng Chun.

I am currently working in Xiamen but I am not sure of how/where you can rent a car with a reliable driver. I would suggest that you take a coach to Quanzhou and then change to a bus to Yongchun. That's how I travel there when I need to.
