Chinese Visa - At Sea

Currently working for cruise line and at sea cruising around Asia however my C1/D Visa does not allow me to visit China on South African nationality. I need to apply for chinese visa somehow while around Hong Kong. Is this possible and how do I go about this?

Address: 7th Floor, Lower Block, China Resources Building,
No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai
Open 09:00 to noon, and 14:00 to 17:00, Mon to Fri (except Hong Kong public holidays)

What is the relevance of C1/D visa to your question? Isn't this a visa to enter the USA?
