No, train tickets can only be bought at the train station, or I could help you buy them in advance and have them sent to your hotel in Hangzhou. Let me know by email if necessary.
D train takes around 1.5 hours to get to Shanghai (usually Shanghai South train station), the fastest ones being 1h18min.
What time will your flight arrive? Are you arriving via AirAsia? If so, it might be easier to take the AirAsia shuttle to Shanghai (http://www.airasia.com/site/my/en/destinationCity.jsp?id=&reference=HGH&property=dynAirport) then take the D train to go back to Hangzhou at the end of your trip.
