guest00132 I will arrive Guangzhou, Baiyun Airport at night time, flight ~22.35 & need rush to find the final run Bus of 23.00 to Jian Li Harmony Hotel in Tianhe District.
1.What is the best way to go to hotel, bus or taxi?

1) Best is subjective. You might not be in time for the airport shuttle, so you might need to take a taxi anyway.
