Hi, my name is Lucy and I wish to know if I am holding a mult-entry visa valid for 12 months and each time I enter Shanghai, what is the longest time frame I can stay.

Thanks

GUESTTIM I assume the time frame is specified on your visa page. Generally, the duration of each stay for a 12-month multiple-entry visa holder is 60 days. When the duration of your each stay is about to expire, you have to exit from mainland China and then reenter to get another 60 days. Probably, you should check your visa page.

No,that means you could stay for 12 month, and during the time you could leave and entry any times you want. When the VISA is overdue, you have to apply for another new visa.

All the L visas and F visas which applied abroad of China need the holder leaving the country evey 30days, 60 days or 90 days.

And the F visa which extended in the China can stay longer in the country without leaving.
