Hi Sandy,

I think it doesn't matter what size of factory you are going to open,the procedure should be similar.
-hand over documents to register a company,may will have min capital requirment of investment
-min shareholder requirment
-...etc...

Yes, there are some of garment factories provide sewing and designs . it can work from cutting ,sewing,..we call CTM.

my families has a middle size garment factory. work in CTM.
