I have an apartment for rent, it's in Woodlands Height, Buji, Longgang district, Shenzhen. This apartment faces to community garden, very quiet and clean, full furnitured. The there's school, kindergarden, supermarket, public transportation around, with metro under construction. It's around 40 mintues to Luohu Station, where you can go to Hongkong or guangzhou. And we collect 2,500 RMB for monthly rent, 2 monthes' rent for deposit, for other fees,you just need to pay water, power, management fee, gas and TV cable. One year rent is preferred. This apartment is available till Dec 1st, 2009. Welcome to see the apartment!

by the way, it's 78sqm big, the 9th floor( totally 11 floors)
