need help getting to fushun City from Shenyang Airport

I need to get to Fushun City from Shenyang airport.
I understand it is 25 miles.
Can anyone advise me on the best way to reach my destination.

When I went to Fushun in 2006 from Shenyamg Airport I took a taxi and paid 9 rmb. Of course my now wife was there as I didn't then speak Mandarin. Will someone be meeting you at the airport? Buses also run from the airport to Fushun.

Unlikely that a taxi from Shenyang airport to Fushun would cost only 9 RMB...
