Hi,

I am in search of an apartment for my girlfriend and me. We will be coming to Sanya in January 2010 and need somewhere to stay for min. of one year, I will be working and we need a furbished apartment with internet connection

Google 'apartments in Sanya'. There are several websites with lots of listings.

You'd be well advised to stay in a Hotel for a week or two and have a look around.
There are a lot to choose from and photos can be deceptive and you need to be careful of location as well.
