There's a cliche that chinese girls are marrying western guys for their money, which I don't agree. Maybe there's some, but that's not the case here. We're both young and good-looking( if I can describe us soLOL). and we're both still students. He's not rich of course, at least for now. Maybe there's a misunderstanding that Chinese girls are all traditional and good at taking care of their husband. I didn't cook and barely did any housework before I met him. I used to have some other bfs and never thought I would enjoy cooking untill I got engaged with the love of my life. We lived together both in Shanghai and US, I learned to cook for many times and it turned out to be good. (If he wasn't pretending). I'll never forget the happy look on his face when he ate what I cooked. I'm happy that my fiance always appreciate what I do for us even just some tiny things. I guess that's something different from our native Chinese guys. I'm not saying any of western or chinese guys are better, maybe just chinese guys are not good at expression their feelings. His appreciation encouraged me to do even more things to make our relationship become better and better while it's already so perfect. Ah..I don't even know what I am talking about. I guess I'm just feeling lucky and thinking loud(really loud) :P Oh, and I apologize for my English. Pls ignore those grammar errors if you are reading this;) Best wishes to us pls
