Not long ago, she was expelled by the school authorities for disrespecting "ethical principles, academic dignity and morality." Actually, she just wore micro-skirt on campus and her dress was incompatible with the university environment. The school authorities said that "the problem is not her clothes; it's her behavior, her attitude". According to the university, Arruda even raised her dress and stopped to pose for photos the night she wore the short dress on campus. He said she also chose the longest way to get to class to attract the attention of more students. Thus, the school decided to expel Arruda. Arruda’s expulsion has drawn nation-wide attention. Brazil's minister for women's policy, said that the decision showed "intolerance and discrimination." Brazil's national student union, the Brazilian BAR Association, and several other institutions condemned Arruda's expulsion. Brazilian government even required the university to clarify Arruda’s expulsion. Well, the university might burden too much pressure. The dean released a note and said that he was reversing the school’s decision on expelling Arruda. And it is reported that she will be allowed to return to class very soon.

well pardon my french but it don't take a genious to acknowledge that brazilian women have the biggest and sexiest asses (just google it! I dare you!).... Just how the gene pool is down there...

so yah... she should be expeled in my opinion because she is trying to start change in an environment where change is not wanted. If she is an average brazilian gal (huge ass), AND is wearing a MICRO Skirt ... she's probably not just showing the high end of her legs....

All im saying is it would be one thing if she wanted to get sexual attention at the clubs nearby or the parties on campus... its another to try to do so in class/on campus during the day time... Its plain distracting... also, if she is wanting public attention and maybe a job... just record it from your dorm you stupid girl! lol
