I'm trying to figure out the correct name for tim min jon sauce. I am sure this is not the correct spelling of the sauce as I've found nothing on the internet. I also would like to know what the sauce consists of and its culinary uses. Lastly I would like to know the name of this sauce in Mandarin. If anyone can help with one or all of my questions it would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, that's so nice. Can you share some info about your new Chinese book? Is it all about Chinese cuisine? You know, I am very interested in cooking books.
