| Is there any authority (besides the police) that monitors online traders in China? In Malaysia we have Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission as well as Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. My friend used to give downpayment for a car that never materialised and after a few fruitless efforts to get back his money he complained to the Consumer Affairs Division. After two months he received a cheque. Maybe someone from China who is well-versed with government machinery could provide us information how to address this predicament. Wan |
