Hi everyone, I bouth some electronic equipment from a chinese supplier, and I trying to check where my package is, but i have the same information from the EMS web site during the last 4 days, is it normal? Does someone know a phone number of EMS Shanghai??, can someone ( In Shanghai of course) call to this place and find out what is going on with my package? i will really appreciate it.....EE316020791CN

Ems is not as fast as DHL or TNT, it is normal, that you get this courier a little bit late and you dont have a tracking on website.. wait for a couple of days, if still does not get you can email me and i may help you by calling.

Hi,

Sometimes EMS need 2 or three weeks due to some reasons. So pls keep patient to wait then you can receive it if there is no special situation.
