The postal address and phone number indicates that it's Linyi, Shandong. I tried to search and found out that the phone number was for Linyi Maojiang Trade Company. It mainly deals with wall paper.

However, I still you suggest you should be more careful. Try to talk to the manager and ask if you can just pay a certain amount as the front money and then pay the rest when you get your wall paper. If the company asks you to wire your money to them, please be careful.
