Any one can help me out :as my client looking to get a couple of visas processed in Hong Kong so that we can travel to China and Shenzhen on seperate days (double entry visa needed.) Does anyone know what is the best way to do this is, the cost and time it takes?

Your question is not very specific, but basically most nationalities can obtain visas in HK. Normal processing is 4 working days including application and collection day. However there are faster services for a higher fee. Get there before 10 am for same day service. Agents claim even faster service thru them.
