There is no information about your tracking number. Is your tracking number correct?

This is not EMS tracking number. Couldn't find anything about it on EMS website.

seems I have two shipping numbers from EMS but I get the same error as stated above:
No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking

Can someone please tell me if my packages are sent and where they might be?
