| GUEST08205 | I've ordered from China a few times through ioffer - you really do have to be patient - don't expect to see anything before 25 days pass - the chinese postal service is REALLY REALLY SLOW due to the huge volumes they are dealing with every day - sellers in China and Beijing warn you it can take 25+ days to process through their own customs systems and into the USA. I've always got what I ordered but have had to wait upwards of 4 weeks to get it (I'm in DC, USA). Be patient - you can track most orders through www.usps.com (if using EMS or China Post) but also go to the chinese postal service (english) site - it will say its been cleared through a postal facility in Shanghai, Beijing and other locations but allow at least 3 weeks after that before it shows any change on the site - it will take about 3 days once it goes through the USPS customs in NY/NJ - be patient - dont expect to order something from china and get it within 5 days - wont happen - allow 30 days and you'll see it come - EMS Registered express also takes about 2 weeks so stop panicking if you havent had at least 20 days go by!! |

Help! Read the above post carefully. I checked the EMS website and got the same result like you. Be patient! If you still can not get any update after one week. Ask the sender if he gave you the right tracking number. |
