The website can contact the customs and see what happened. Be careful when the website told that you should pay more money because your package was taxed. Many disgusting websites take this method to gain more money from the buyers. |

You should confirm with the sender whether the tracking number is correct. If he said Yes, I guess you were scammed. Another possibility is that your package was sent not long ago and the tracking information hasn't appeared on the website. |

When was it sent out? It takes some time for the China Post to record your tracking information. If it was sent long time ago, please confirm with the seller if the tracking number is correct. |
