If so, you may contact the seller to see if he/she can help you. |

But be very careful when he/she asks you to pay more money. Some bad sellers tell their clients that their goods are detained by the customs. You need to pay the tax to get it back. When you transfer the money to him/her, he/she will disappear and you can not find him/her again. Good luck! |

| GUESTJO | i dont know where this parcel is, and now the seller isnt returning my e-mail. who do i contact and how do i find out what has happened. It is supposed to be getting delivered into Australia. I have one big order but they sent them in 2 separate parcels 2 days apart from each other.
