I have about 4 hours of time available at Pudong. I know it is far off the main attractions like Nanjing Road and Hwang Pu. But is there any site seeing/ shopping I can do in this time. Are there any Pudong local site seeing trips available for me. I would be in Pudong on 27th DECEMBER, from 1:30 pm till take my next flight at 6:40 pm.

First off, I presume you're eligible for a transit visa?
Have you been to Shanghai before?
What are your sightseeing interests and preferences like?
Do you have to pick-up luggage when you arrive, or will it be checked through to your final destination? Is your next flight out an international or domestic one? Do you have to go through check-in again for your next flight?

The practical solution is : you take maglev train + subway ( back and forth need round 2.5hours), then you can do some sightseeing or shopping in oriential tv tower area/super brandmall area. Enjoy! Yes, I have been in Shanghai before - on a short visit 1 night/ 1 day - when I had been to Nanjing road and nearby locations. Thanks. Gee
