how to Extend stays(Extend Visa) in China HangZhou

I holding L Visa with 30 days period of stay accompany my brother come to China HangZhou for Medical treament and operation, but doctor advise us may need to prolong stay in HangZhou due to my brother too weak enough to start an operation. So i need to prolong my Visa period from originally 30 days to 60 days, which means i need to prolong another 30 days.
