GUEST39177 I have been communicating with a man that is from British. He now claim to live in the US E. Dallas Texas. Went to New Delhi India to buy goods for his company. He has fallen short of money to get home. States that he can not be give a seat on the plane unless he can show BTA money. (Basic Traveling Allowance) This person has asked me to help him by Western Union him money to be able to get a seat for him and a family member. I feel in my guit that this isn't true. Give me some more feedback on this.

GUEST41055 yes.. i think so, theres no such BTA.. and i think we should responsibility about our own way to travel any side. if you able to travel then go to see if is true. why should sent money to the person to come . is kindda dumb thing.
