please help i purchased some items from gmail.com|justineshoes2009 for $285 on Dec 13, 2009 i still haven"t receive no package my tracking number is:Label/Receipt Number: EE25 8500 941C N

Not sure about that, the web written:left on Dec. 17th. It should arrive soon if the tracking is real.

Hi,I found,there is some Chinese notice on the EMS's website .It says,

Due to the heavy snow ,some places such as England ,France ,Belgium,Holand,Germany ,Spain,Itay ,and North-East America ,the airlines has been canceled,so we are sorry for the delay of your package.Yet ,we are try best to negotiate with the airline and abroad EMS to deliver your package asap.

I checked your number ,it shows as your mentioned above .

If you need any help in the future in China ,please let me know .We are a third party agent which dealing with sourcing and others service .

Shipments from EMS China can be tracked, in English, via this website: www.ems.com.cn

The number provided is legitimate, and it was posted out of China on 17th December, and signed for by DM in the USA on 26th December.

EMS from Asia have 2-3 weeks delay on Christmas.
This year is worst. Heavy snow in E.U.

HI I PURCHASED TWO EXPENSIVE ITEMS FROM A WEBSITE AND AM TRYING TO TRACK MY ORDER. IT IS COMING FROM SHANGHAI EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS ee329968037cn. I SPOKE TO USPS IN NEW YORK, AMERICA AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS HELD UP IN CUSTOMS. I CAN NOT REACH THE SELLER BECAUSE HE IS NO LONGER MEMBER OF WEBSITE WHERE I PURCHASED ITEMS. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AS I DO NOT SPEAK CHINESE AND HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM
