Hongkong SIM Card or Prepaid Card

My nephew will be going to Hong Kong to study for about 6 months only. May I know which Handphone SIM card or Prepaid Card is the best Option ?

I recommend the dual No.s one SIM service for you, there are two No.s,one is HK No, and the other is Mainland No., both in one.Very convenient if you traval both HK and Mainland.

If he will only be in Hong Kong then simply get a Hong Kong SIM card.

Thanks for the advise. Most probably I will be getting two.
One for him and one for myself as I will be going to stay for about a week.
