depends on what you mean 1 or 2, if you mean you carry one with your money in then nothing will happen. If you mean more than 1 or 2 and are trying to get people to say fake goods are ok then think again.
if you are trying to test the market for fake goods then good luck, confiscated and jail is certainly an option.

If you are just a regular Jack or Jill bringing souvenirs for friends and family the worst that might happen is the gifts would be confiscated. If the agents suspect you're doing something on the sly all bets are off and you could land in jail.
