First airport shuttle bus time?

I'm interested in booking a flight from XIY airport to Suzhou, The problem is the flight is at
8:30 am. So my question is, When is the first bus from the Bell Tower to the Airport? Can I get to the airport in time to catch my flight?

The first bus leaves at 6:00 am in front of the Melody Hotel near the Bell Tower. It takes about one hour to get to the airport. If the traffic is not good, it will cost about one hour and twenty minutes. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport. The price is about 100 to 120 RMB.

I think you should be fine if you take the earliest departure as mentioned above.
