Hong Kong Airport to Kowloon late night

Hi. This is my first post here and I'm hoping to get a response.

I will be arriving at Hong Kong International Airport at 10:55p.m. and have a reservation at The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers in Kowloon that night. This hotel is directly above the Ferry Terminal. The Royal Pacific offers shuttle bus service to the hotel from the airport and the last shuttle operates at 12:15a.m. I'm hoping the line through customs will not take very long. In any case, I would like to have a back up plan incase I miss the last shuttle. Is there any other way to get to The Royal Pacific Hotel if I miss the last shuttle? Is a taxi my only option? I believe it's about 40 minutes away and a taxi would be very expensive, correct? Thank you in advance.

Take airport shuttle N21 or N21A (this service runs overnight) and alight at the 34th stop of Kimberley Road and Nathan Road for 23 HKD. From there you could walk or take a short taxi ride to your hotel.
