China's University and College Admission System - CHIWEST had been renamed as CUCAS

At the same time, the domain name had been changed into CUCAS, and started using the website www.cucas.edu.cn. The original version www.e-admission.edu.cn is still available for visiting. Besides changing the domain name, technology upgrading has been done on Course Search and China schools. Brief introduction is as following: Course Search - It becomes more simple and effective for searching the target course. With the extensive cooperation between CUCAS and more than 100 China's universities, an information base including 14671 courses has been created, and the new search engine has been in using base on the subject categories according to the classification of Ministry of Education. Moreover, there are retrieval interfaces of searching for degree courses and non-degree courses.
