Originally, it was hoped that these umbrellas could help people during rainy days. However, things didn’t go as we wished. People just used the umbrellas when it rained but they forgot to return them. Now only two umbrellas were found. What the hell didn’t they return the umbrellas back? Didn’t they know that there were some other people who needed umbrellas during rainy days?

Last December, around 8000 umbrellas were placed in various places of Chongqing. Originally, it was hoped that these umbrellas could help people during rainy days. However, things didn’t go as we wished. People just used the umbrellas when it rained but they forgot to return them. Now only two umbrellas were found.

What the hell didn’t they return the umbrellas back? Didn’t they know that there were some other people who needed umbrellas during rainy days?
