Help! What would I get for this amount in Xiamen?

Hello. I have recently been offered a job in Xiamen. According to the conditions of the job they would give me US$4200 (yearly, of course) as a housing allowance. If I am correct that would make up about 32,000RMB, about 2,600RMB monthly.

What type of apartment would I be able to get in Xiamen with this amount?
I appreciate any help!
