I vote 2 just because I think it would not be nice to use as an avatar a photo where are other people. Yes, perhaps they are not easy to regognize but anyway...

You yourself said why not 1...

Dear BWINKS,

I am sorry that I couldn't help you pull down your thread. When you post a vote thread, you can set the valid date (3 days, 7 days, 30 days and unlimited). After you submitting your vote, you can edit it in 1 hour. But you can't change the valid date. Neither can I.
