But to verify paypal and ebay details you just register an account and bank card with them, its free there, is no charge

GUEST59128 Yes bro, register to paypal and ebay of course free. but you have to add the credit card. Many people dont want to involve their CC, just buy the VCC for safer. Using that VCC they can verify their PayPal/Ebay account.

If they want to add their own CC, its ok, its free. Just buy VCC if they dont want to use their CC.
