The foreigner doing business in china always need to pay cash to the chinese suppliers. They have a reason that they don't trust foreigners, they might take the goods and run away without any trace of them, and often i see these kinds of news in yiwu too. But the question arises when we as a foreigner do business with them and get cheated by them there is no control unit on it. specially for us.. We pay them deposit and they bring the goods are not up to the quality standards as we ordered, supplier have only 2 options, either take back goods and return us the deposit or either we are forced to take the goods and pay them. Both the cases we loose, if we don't take goods, we have to ship and partially empty container or else if we take the goods we have to sell them cheap. Now can any one suggest what to do in this kind of situation., We take help of police, in the situation we don't get back the deposit. they only have one option, maximum they can get the deposit. Still we ship an empty container. Can any one with good experience on this matter, help me out. Thanks in advance for the comments and suggestions.; Sam

LIONPOWER Points: Join Date: Dec 11, 2006 Status: Offline	Till now, 25 people visited it but no reply because it is difficult to say anything about it.Before buying we did not making any sales/buying agreement with specified standard, so if we take any legal action, no way to proof, what was our demand or order. If you have any such type document, you can go to local PSB for legal action. Chinese law & order very good standard. You will get judgment.

GUEST17197	Most foreigners don't have to order goods from china to get cheated, they can get cheated at home, wherever it may be. There are crooks everywhere. Buyer beware, especially when paying cash. Good luck.
